ChrisYoga is accessible to men and women of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
At ChrisYoga I practice Dru Yoga. Dru Yoga uses flowing movements to improve strength and flexibility and create core stability. It also includes deep relaxation to refresh your body and mind and reduce stress.
Regular practice of Dru Yoga will make you:
By concentrating on strengthening your core and postural muscles giving you a healthy spine, body and mind.
By stretching your body as far as is comfortable for you making your muscles and joints more flexible and removing tension and rigidity.
By bringing a sense of calm and stillness through directed breathing and relaxation.
My joints feel so much better after the class. I am really enjoying the lessons.
