I am very pleased to offer one to one yoga sessions in my studio or if more convenient in your own home. One to One sessions are fantastic if you have specific needs or goals or are not comfortable in a full class setting.
I start by discussing your needs and requirements and then provide a set of lessons designed specifically with those needs in mind and I tailor your lesson to your own strengths.
One to one sessions are also designed to help you achieve your particular goal. That may be to improve core strength, ease back pain or provide you with the tools to deal with stress and tension. There is also the added benefit of gaining a deeper understanding of the practice of Yoga.
Dru Yoga is great for dealing with back pain and stress. It works to strengthen your spine and core muscles and increase your flexibility. I also work with the breath, a wonderful tool to help you relax and feel more in control of your body and mind. I include a deep relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
I am happy to provide lessons for friends and family groups up to a maximum of 5.
The cost for a one to one session is £40 per hour or £130 for a block of 4 lessons payable in advance.
